Terms of service

Purchases and payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the price listed at checkout. We accept major credit cards and debit cards through Stripe. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before processing your order.

Digital products

SVG cut files and other digital downloads are available immediately after purchase. Because they can be copied, digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is corrupted or fails to download, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it.

Physical products

Physical items ship within 1-3 business days of your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened physical products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. To start a return, email inkwell-supply@sogoodmail.co with your order number.

Licensing for cut files

Each SVG template pack includes a commercial use license. You may sell finished physical goods made from the cut files. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original digital files, or use them to create new digital products for sale.

Limitation of liability

Inkwell Supply is not liable for damages arising from improper use of products, incompatibility with third-party machines or materials not listed in the product description, or results from cutting files modified after purchase.
